How we work with you
When you call us in,
the first thing we do is listen. We find out what your
learning needs are. Whats the topic? How many participants
per program? What are your learning points? How do we fit in to
your overall training initiative?
Next, we learn about
your organization. We meet with a focus group of managers
or employees that you select knowledgeable insiders who
can give us the feel of your company. We learn your terminology,
your industrys demands, your company culture. We listen
to your stories. The goal is to create learning that fits your
organization and your people. (Our proudest hour is when participants
say, This really looks like us.)
Then we design the
program. Based on all the information you and your people
have given us, we figure out the most effective way to make the
learning come alive. We send you scenarios (descriptions of the
action that will take place in our interactive scenes) for your
approval. Are the situations accurate? Will the learners recognize
and identify with whats happening in the scenes? If somethings
not quite right, well change it.
We read you the scripts.
After you approve the scenarios, we write the actual scenes
the interactors will present at the program. We come in and do
a little staged reading for you, so you can get the feel of what
the real program will be like. Heres your chance to help
us get the tone right, to make sure we have the correct terminology
to make changes and put your stamp of approval on the live
case studies.
Then we rehearse. We
cast your program with skilled interactors who reflect your learners
in age, gender, ethnic background, etc. We work with them on the
scenes and the interactive replays and give them all the background
they need to get it right.
Program day!
We arrive early with program handouts, props, and simple
costumes (we can even use your uniforms if you like). Then you
can relax, as we present a learning session with maximum impact.
After the program.
With your permission, well follow up with Level 1,
2 or 3 evaluations, to make sure the learning stays with your
people long after the session ends.
